About JBreeden Consulting
Technology decisions should start with understanding the business.
Founded in 2025, JBreeden Consulting is a partnership-first technology consulting company built to make coordinated, enterprise-informed guidance more accessible to small and medium-sized businesses.
We bring the right expertise into one accountable relationship, then recommend the work most likely to create practical, long-term value.

Why JBC Exists
A different model for bringing serious technology guidance within reach.
JBC was founded with a forward-looking vision: a technology company does not need to become one oversized corporation to provide coordinated expertise.
Large organizations often place many disciplines inside one cost structure. JBC takes a more focused approach. We connect specialized companies and professionals around a shared understanding of the client’s business, clear responsibilities, and consistent standards.
The result is not a handoff to unrelated vendors. JBC remains the connected relationship: helping align the expertise, keep decisions accountable, and make enterprise-informed thinking more practically accessible to small and medium-sized businesses.
Clear accountability.
The Recommendation Standard
Capability alone is not a reason to recommend the work.
JBC evaluates potential work against the client’s business, priorities, and likely value. A service should be recommended because it is useful—not simply because it can be sold.
-
Understand the business
Start with the goals, operations, constraints, existing environment, and definition of success.
-
Identify meaningful value
Determine what would materially improve the business rather than adding technology without purpose.
-
Prioritize what matters now
Separate immediate needs from work that can wait, and explain how the choices affect one another.
-
Recommend only worthwhile work
Move forward when the expected benefit justifies the effort, cost, and responsibility.
Connected-Business Perspective
The business sits at the center of every technology decision.
A website can affect marketing and Google Ads. Systems and automation can change operations. Security decisions can shape how people work. JBC looks across those relationships so one improvement does not create another problem somewhere else.

Founder, JBreeden Consulting
Experience Behind the Approach
Enterprise experience, applied with practical judgment.
John Breeden founded JBreeden Consulting in 2025 after more than 37 years of individual experience in the IT industry.
His background includes Electronic Data Systems (EDS), HP Enterprise Services, WiPro, and Verge Technologies. That experience shaped a view of technology as a connected business responsibility—one that requires clear priorities, coordinated expertise, and accountability beyond implementation.
JBC applies that enterprise-informed perspective without importing the size or cost structure of a large enterprise consultancy. The approach is designed to give small and medium-sized businesses practical access to experienced guidance and a long-term technology partner.
